Sierra is hiring for a full‑time data/platform engineering role in San Francisco. You will join a full‑stack data team building systems that make our AI agents smarter, handling real‑time pipelines and personalization primitives that drive business outcomes across millions of conversations.

Formación

• 4–7+ years of hands‑on development experience in building and shipping production systems or products.
• Experience designing, building, and operating large‑scale data systems with low latency.
• Strong backend and distributed systems fundamentals in a language like Go, Scala, or Python.
• Experience implementing data governance, lineage, and testing for data platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Data Foundations: Architect and build scalable core platform, real‑time eventing, ETL pipelines, and Iceberg‑based data lakehouse.
• Memory & Personalization: Develop long‑term agent memory, reusable CDP primitives, and optimization loops to improve personalization and outcomes.
