You will coordinate onboarding, system conversions, audits, and process improvements, partnering with internal teams to balance scalability and efficiency while ensuring timely resolution of issues and high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Access.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing timely communication and support regarding operational processes and requests.
• Coordinate projects such as client onboarding, system conversions, audit support, file management initiatives, and process improvements.
• Partner with internal teams to implement client-requested changes while balancing scalability, efficiency, and operational effectiveness.
• Monitor file processing, exception reporting, and account-level issues to ensure accuracy and timely resolution.
• Analyze trends, identify root causes of recurring issues, and recommend process improvements that enhance service and efficiency.
• Build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clients while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
