Job summary

Godshall Recruiting is seeking an experienced Human Resources professional for a 2-month contract to support HR operations, audit preparation, and SOP development in Duncan, SC. You will craft SOPs, map processes, and assist with compliance readiness using HRIS, SharePoint, and Excel.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent HR operations experience and proven HR operations, compliance, or consulting background. Weekly pay and contract terms are offered.

Job description

Salary: $35-45/hr

We are looking for an experienced Human Resource professional to work a 2 month contract role to support critical HR operations and audit preparation efforts and develop SOPs.

What your day will look like

• Develop, document, and update HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process workflows.
• Review current HR processes and identify opportunities for improvement and standardization.
• Assist with preparation for an upcoming internal audit, including gathering documentation and ensuring compliance readiness.
• Conduct HR process reviews and support audit-related initiatives.
• Create and maintain process documentation and procedural guides.
• Manage and update organizational charts to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Upload, organize, and maintain employee and HR-related data files, including CSV imports.
• Utilize HRIS systems, SharePoint, and Excel to support reporting, documentation, and data management.

To be a champion in this role, you will need

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent HR operations experience.
• Proven experience in HR operations, HR compliance, HR project work, or HR consulting.
• Strong experience with HRIS platforms, SharePoint, and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience creating SOPs, process maps, workflows, and procedural documentation.
