Job summary

Godshall & Godshall Personnel Consultants, Inc. is seeking an experienced janitorial operations leader who can manage large-scale service contracts, teams, and budgets. You will lead multiple service operations, ensure performance, and meet contractual obligations while building strong client relationships.

The role involves budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, safety compliance, and driving continuous improvement across accounts. Travel estimated at 25%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operational leadership experience with responsibility for large teams, client relationships, and multi-million-dollar budgets.
• Strong knowledge of facilities, maintenance, environmental, or service-based operations, including safety and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to travel approximately 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple service operations while ensuring performance, contractual obligations, and business objectives are met.
• Develop, mentor, and support managers and supervisors through coaching, training, succession planning, and performance management.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and partners.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial performance, resource allocation, and operational efficiency across accounts and projects.
• Support business development through estimating, proposals, project transitions, client presentations, and networking.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality programs, and regulatory requirements.
