Job summary

ConnectiveRx is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to collect and analyze data from Operations QA associates, identify trends, and drive action-oriented improvements. The role includes coaching staff, presenting findings to clients, and ensuring adherence to SOPs and HIPAA/compliance standards.

Reporting to Operations QA Leadership, you will lead cross-functional initiatives, mentor new hires, and contribute to continuous quality improvement across programs and client engagements.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or four years of experience required.
• Quality certification such as Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt is a plus.
• 2–4 years in process improvement experience with statistical tools.
• 2–4 years in a quality assurance or quality auditing role, preferably in a call center, claim operations, pharmacy hub, or similar environment.
• Serves as a Quality Assurance Analyst Subject Matter Expert.
• Solid knowledge of quality-oriented services and SOP execution.
• Healthcare experience in claim processing or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Analyze QA data to identify trends and opportunities; create decks for stakeholders.
• Lead meetings with leadership and clients to discuss quality scores and risks.
• Coach Operations QA Associates; mentor new hires and drive process improvements.
• Evaluate work against SOPs and compliance standards to ensure exceptional service.
• Lead cross-functional teams on program quality initiatives and improvements.
