Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Manager in Data Management and Strategy to help clients govern data assets and enable transformation through SAP-driven solutions.

You will lead cross-functional teams, design data governance frameworks, and work directly with clients to ensure data quality, migration, and analytics programs, while guiding engagement economics and delivering measurable value. This role offers a hybrid, flexible environment with a culture of inclusion and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree) required.
• 4–6 years of relevant SAP experience with one or more SAP modules.
• Specialized experience across SAP data disciplines including Data Migration, MDG, Data Governance, Data Analytics, data quality, Enterprise IT Architecture.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA data model and hands-on migration experience ECC to S4HANA.
• Strong written and verbal communication, client-facing presentations and technical docs.
• Experience leading SAP data projects or workstreams.
• Knowledge of leading practices and advisory experience in finance and technology environments.
• Willingness to travel 40-60%.
