Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Data Management and Strategy to help clients govern data as a strategic asset. You will lead workstreams, drive data governance, and coordinate cross-functional teams across SAP and non-SAP landscapes to deliver scalable data solutions.

In this role, you’ll engage with clients daily, identify opportunities for additional services, and grow engagement value while guiding data migration, MDG programs, and governance frameworks in a global, diverse environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree) is required.
• 4–6 years of relevant SAP experience including full-cycle implementations.
• Specialized experience across SAP data disciplines: data migration, MDG, data governance, analytics, data quality, SAP architecture.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA data model and migration from ECC to S/4HANA.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including client-facing presentations.
• Proven experience leading SAP data projects or workstreams with teams.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.
