Job summary

Career Team is seeking a Manager, Data Migration & Integrations to lead data conversions and system integrations for clients. You will manage a team, oversee discovery, planning, validation, launch, and post-conversion support.

This is a technical leadership and delivery role; you will guide engineers, evaluate approaches, and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring delivery quality. Hybrid in Denver, CO; full-time exempt.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of data migration and integration experience.
• Experience leading technical teams and projects.
• Ability to manage client relationships during complex implementations.
• Strong data mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation skills.
• Experience with databases, APIs, and common data formats (JSON, XML, CSV).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of data conversion engineers and integration specialists.
• Own multiple client conversion projects from discovery to production launch.
• Manage client relationships and set realistic expectations.
• Coordinate conversion rehearsals, cutover planning, and post-launch verification.
• Provide clear updates to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
