Housecall Pro in Denver, CO is seeking a Specialist, Data Operations to ensure seamless data integration and migration for our service professionals. You thrive on precision, tackle data anomalies, and drive root-cause analysis to improve workflows for Pros.

You’ll work with product and engineering, validate data, map sources, and document best practices to empower self-service resources, contributing to faster adoption and better outcomes for our growing community of Pros.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years in customer success, implementation, engineering, or data implementation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience using QuickBooks (Online and/or Desktop).
• Customer-facing experience in a technical support, onboarding, or training role.
• Experience using AI tools to increase quality and efficiency of work.

Responsibilities

• Guide Pros through data integration and/or migration setup processes.
• Analyze data quality, identify issues, and develop an action plan.
• Assist with data validation, mapping, and synchronization between systems.
• Communicate trends to product and engineering for improvements.
• Document troubleshooting steps and best practices for self-service resources.
• Innovate on current processes to improve the Pro experience.
