Job summary

Intapp is seeking a Manager, Technical Delivery in Charlotte, NC to own end-to-end data migration engagements. You will lead a team of data engineers, manage staffing, budgets and client experience while elevating our data integration practice.

You will define delivery methodologies, partner with Technical Services leadership, and communicate with executives. Strong engineering background and SaaS/CRM data experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in engineering, data migration, integrations or related delivery roles.
• Proven track record delivering complex, client-facing technical projects with team leadership.
• Experience in professional services or implementation-led delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of client data migration efforts, including staffing, forecasting and budgets.
• Serve as senior escalation point for complex or at‑risk projects and provide governance.
• Lead and mentor a team of data engineers and migration consultants; guide career growth.
• Manage team bandwidth balancing delivery with learning and internal initiatives.
• Define and improve technical delivery methodology for integrations and migrations.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine the broader technical delivery approach.
• Build cross‑functional relationships with Sales, Product, Account Management and others.
• Communicate effectively to technical and non‑technical audiences, up to exec level.
• Contribute to and influence Intapp Data Tools and Boomi product suite.
• Identify and implement process improvements; stay current with automation in data engineering.
