Job summary

Levels Health is hiring a Data Migration Analyst to own migrations end to end across acquisitions. You will manage kick-offs, data discovery and mapping, aiming for a tight 90-day cycle with a focus on minimizing downtime.

80% of tasks can be automated; you will handle the remaining 20% of hands-on data work. You will be the main contact among acquired businesses, the migration platform partner, and internal teams, growing into leading data conversations under the Head of Data's mentorship.

• Must be organised, analytical, and capable of growing into a data-migration specialist.
• Aptitude, attention to detail, and appetite for data work.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own data migrations end to end from kick-off to go-live.
• Be the single point of contact between the acquired business, migration platform partner, and internal teams.
• Build the data-requirements playbook and map future data needs before extraction.
• Capture knowledge before it leaves to reduce migration risk.
• Refine templates, mapping standards, timelines and checklists for a repeatable approach.
