Paylocity is seeking an Elevate Solutions Implementation Consultant for an in-office role in Rochester, NY. The primary focus is supporting client implementations with data migration, validation, and test payroll while coordinating with Sales, Data Conversion, and Managed Services to ensure successful outcomes.

Key duties include onboarding client data, driving projects to completion, and meeting go-live dates.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years in a customer service or client-facing role.
• 2+ years in HCM consultation, benefits payroll, or HR.
• Prior Paylocity system knowledge required.
• CPP certification is a plus.
• Proficiency with Paylocity tools and Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
• Strong organizational, time management and customer service skills.

• Assist with client implementations focusing on data migration, validation, and test payroll.
• Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, and Managed Services to ensure project success.
• Identify opportunities for additional Managed Implementation Services.
