Paylocity in Rochester, NY is seeking an advanced Payroll Associate III to support Elevate Solutions. The role focuses on accurate payroll processing, HR data integrity, and responsive client service in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate will manage complex data, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. Remote work is not offered; an on-site schedule is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3+ years of relevant HCM experience.
• Advanced proficiency in payroll systems, HCM workflows, and data management.
• Certifications CPP, FPC, APA, SHRM-CP are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Payroll & HR Data Entry: Maintain, process, and validate payroll and HRIS data with accuracy and confidentiality across complex client accounts.
• Client Communication: Deliver prompt, clear, and professional communication via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Ownership & Follow-Through: Independently manage assigned client workload with timely follow-up and resolution.
• Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve advanced payroll and data discrepancies, perform root-cause analysis.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Process Adherence: Ensure full compliance with internal procedures and payroll policies.
