Paylocity is seeking an Elevate Solutions Payroll Associate to deliver white-glove payroll and HR data management support for client accounts in Rochester, NY. This 100% in-office role requires meticulous data entry, timely response to inquiries, and coordination with internal teams to ensure service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Required to attend full Account Manager training.
• Experience in customer service or previous client interfacing role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Data accuracy and proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Payroll Administration: Manage end-to-end payroll tasks with accuracy.
• Data Maintenance: Update HR, timekeeping, and pay data for new hires, terminations, and changes.
• Client Issue Resolution: Triage and resolve service requests; escalate when needed.
• Knowledge Management: Maintain knowledge of platforms, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Quality & Compliance: Audit and reconcile to ensure contracts and standards.
• Support Tax Filings: Assist with payroll tax filings and deadlines.
