In Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) Systems, you'll help develop systems that sense, control, exploit, and disseminate actionable information to warfighters supporting various missions.

Join a dedicated team of Configuration and Data Management Analysts at BAE Systems, one of the world's largest defense, security, and aerospace companies. We seek individuals with big aspirations, confidence, a love for challenges, and motivation to drive success.

We are seeking a Data Management (DM) Analyst (CDM) to support program activities at our Totowa, NJ facility. As part of the CDM group, you will collaborate with program managers, engineers, and other professionals to process hardware, software changes, documents, and CDRL submittals within a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of drawings, schematics, software, and documentation, while meeting customer requirements for CDRL submissions. The ideal candidate will interpret and apply policies, processes, procedures, and standards effectively.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Adhering to data management requirements for assigned programs.
  2. Planning, preparing, organizing, controlling, and submitting required data to meet contract specifications.
  3. Developing data management plans to analyze, monitor, store, retrieve, and report on data.
  4. Ensuring data quality and compliance with contractual and customer requirements.
  5. Controlling data received from subcontractors.
  6. Maintaining master files and reviewing deliverables for conformance.
  7. Participating in meetings with customers and stakeholders.
  8. Supporting proposal responses, cost estimates, and project reports.
  9. Staying informed about Data Item Descriptions (DID), MIL-STD, and Data Requirement Lists.
  10. Preparing and reviewing data items for delivery in accordance with contractual requirements.
  11. Performing other related duties as required.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

Education: Graduate degree with at least two years of engineering support experience or five years of experience in Configuration/Data Management.

Experience: General office environment work experience and knowledge of Configuration/Data Management principles.

Skills: Strong professional, teamwork, analytical, technical writing, and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word). Attention to detail, excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $84,882 - $144,300. Salaries are determined based on various factors including skills, education, experience, and market conditions.
