Department: Project Management Office (PMO)

Location: Remote/KSA

Job Type: Full-time

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Change Management Specialist to join our team to focus on enterprise-level projects post-delivery. This role will be key in ensuring the successful transition of projects into business-as-usual (BAU) operations. The specialist will provide guidance and support to ensure that change initiatives are effectively integrated, managed, and adopted by the organization after the project delivery phase, with a focus on both the project management and change management perspectives.

The ideal candidate will bring expertise in managing post-project transitions, guiding teams through change, and ensuring the sustainability of project outcomes. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to assess the change impact, plan post-delivery transitions, and address any emerging challenges that could affect project success and operational integration.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Post-Delivery Change Management:
    • Lead the change management efforts for projects once they have been successfully delivered, ensuring that the transition to BAU is smooth and sustainable.
    • Support project teams in understanding and managing the post-project impacts, both on the organization and its stakeholders.
  2. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:
    • Collaborate with senior leadership, business units, and project managers to assess the impact of project outcomes on various stakeholders.
    • Develop targeted communication plans and resources to support the transition to BAU, including training and feedback mechanisms.
  3. Impact Assessment & Readiness:
    • Conduct post-project impact assessments to identify areas of potential resistance, risks, and opportunities.
    • Assess organizational readiness for change and ensure that the necessary resources and processes are in place to support successful adoption.
  4. Adoption & Sustainability:
    • Implement adoption strategies that promote long-term change and ensure that new processes, systems, or tools are embedded within the organization.
    • Work with project teams to develop sustainability plans that ensure the changes introduced are maintained and evolve with future needs.
  1. Change Management Framework & Methodology:
    • Utilize industry-standard change management methodologies (such as ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step, or Prosci) to plan and execute post-delivery transitions.
    • Develop change management tools, templates, and resources tailored to the needs of each project and stakeholder group.
  2. Metrics & Reporting:
    • Define and track KPIs for post-delivery change management effectiveness.
    • Create reports and dashboards for senior leadership that provide insights into the adoption progress and the overall success of the transition.
  3. Risk Management & Problem Resolution:
    • Identify potential issues or barriers to the successful implementation of post-delivery changes and work with relevant teams to resolve them.
    • Proactively identify any risks related to change adoption and work to mitigate these risks in a timely manner.
  4. Collaboration & Training:
    • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., HR, IT, Operations, etc.) to ensure that the necessary training, resources, and support structures are in place post-delivery.
    • Lead or support the development of training and awareness programs that reinforce the changes introduced by the project.
