Job summary

The Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City is seeking a Data Management Manager to lead the S&R CDP data management implementation, including cataloging, access management, and records governance. You will lead a matrixed team, engage with Board and System data partners, and ensure effective data stewardship across the supervision program.

The role emphasizes collaboration, strategic leadership, and clear communication with executive sponsors, data stewards, and regulators.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in data science, information management, or related field; master's preferred.
Typically 6+ years of banking/regulatory data experience with leadership responsibility.
Experience leading data management initiatives and enterprise data programs.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day CDP data management, cataloging, access management, records management, and stakeholder communications.
Lead scalable data management solutions and support models to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
Partner with S&R stakeholders to drive adoption of data management practices and define future access controls (ABAC).
Interact with senior leadership to resolve issues and continuously improve CDP data governance.
