Job summary

Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City seeks a Data Management Manager to lead the S&R CDP data management implementation, including cataloging, access controls, records, and stakeholder engagement. You’ll mentor staff, collaborate with Board and System partners, and drive data governance across the CDP program.

You will communicate with executive leadership, attract and develop talent, and guide data management strategy while balancing hybrid onsite work with district policies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in data science, information management, or related field; Master's preferred.
Typically 6+ years of experience with banking/regulatory activities or equivalent leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee CDP data management implementation, including data catalog, access management, records management.
Mentor a team of data management and project management professionals.
Engage with data sponsors and stewards to align data needs with CDP priorities.
Communicate and present information to senior leadership and regulators.
Develop and evaluate data management strategies supporting CDP and S&R initiatives.
