Job summary

Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City seeks a Data Management Manager to lead the S&R CDP data management implementation, including cataloging, access control, and records management. You will engage with data sponsors and stewards, mentor staff, and guide continuous improvement across the organization.

You will collaborate with Board and System stakeholders, coordinate with System IT, and report to the CDP S&R Business Director.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, information management, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 6+ years with banking/regulatory activities or equivalent supervisory experience.
• Experience leading data management initiatives and program management.
• Knowledge of data policies, governance, and access control models.
• Strong communication, influence, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CDP data management implementations including cataloging and access management.
• Lead scalable data management solutions, improve efficiency, and reduce risk.
• Engage with stakeholders across S&R and System IT to define future access controls.
• Mentor and lead a matrixed team of data management professionals.
• Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate data management strategies in support of CDP.
