Job summary

SHI International Corp. in Somerset, NJ is seeking a Data Integrity Administrator to support the sales team by identifying correct product lines, manufacturer SKUs, item groups, and UNSPSC codes for sales orders.

You will collaborate with Sales, Accounting, and Product Specialists to ensure orders process smoothly, create parts, manage data clean-up, and help maintain accurate inventory records.

This role requires strong Microsoft Office skills and an Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or relevant work experience.
• 1-3 years of experience supporting IT systems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs - Outlook and Excel.
• Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Create service parts in AX for SHI users.
• Create Enterprise Variants For Customers’ Inventory.
• Create Manufacturer IDs And Product Line IDs.
• Create BOMs For Sales To Use In Order Entry.
• Assist Sales Representatives With Part Creation processes.
• Data Clean Up.
