Job summary

SHI International Corp. in Somerset, NJ is seeking a Data Integrity Administrator to support the sales team by identifying correct product lines, manufacturer SKUs, item groups, and UNSPSC codes for sales orders.

You will collaborate with Sales, Accounting, and Product Specialists to ensure orders process smoothly, create parts, manage data clean-up, and help maintain accurate inventory records.

This role requires strong Microsoft Office skills and an Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Associate’s Degree or relevant work experience.
• 1-3 years of experience supporting IT systems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs - Outlook and Excel.
• Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint.

The DIT administrator must work very closely with the Sales team, accounting team and Product Specialists to ensure the orders are processed without any issues. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
