SC Master Data Analyst: Drive Data Integrity & BOM

Job summary

Valeo seeks a SC Master Data Analyst to oversee data correctness in the Information System, analyze product data, materials flow and inventory, and define optimal data structures per Group recommendations.

You will lead the Material Change coordination, key in data creation for new components, update BOMs, locations and labels, and collaborate across departments to ensure data integrity in the Supply Chain Information Systems.

Responsibilities

• Audit data correctness entered into Information System by auditing process
• Analyze products, flow materials, inventory and scheduling method to define best structure and settings of data
• Ensure interface for new products introduction, engineering changes and end of life
• Review and update on time all changes in the procedure for product data creation
• Lead the Material Change coordination meeting
• Initiate the keying of new components and products in Supply Chain Information Systems
• Create and update parts, BOMs in the Supply Chain Information Systems data according to material typologies defined by the Supply Chain network
• Create and update locations, packaging and labels in the Supply Chain Information Systems data base according to local norms (GALIA, VDA …)
• Regular contact with other departments, participate in Cross Functional Teams
• Support activities to achieve and maintain the Quality System like Compass 1000
