Job summary

Electronic Power Design is seeking a Manufacturing Planning Data Clerk to support ERP data management, BOM validation, and work order processing. You will ensure accurate routing, part masters, and labor standards within Global Shop Solutions, while auditing transactions and aligning data with production demands.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Planning teams to drive data governance and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree, technical certification, or coursework in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering Technology, Business Operations, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing planning or ERP administration.
• Experience with ERP systems; Global Shop Solutions (GSS) experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of BOMs, routing structures, and work order processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and business software applications.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update routing structures and labor steps within Global Shop Solutions (GSS).
• Review BOMs for accuracy and completeness; maintain part masters and routing logic.
• Identify and correct ERP data discrepancies before they impact production.
• Create and process fabrication and manufacturing work orders across product lines.
• Audit labor reporting, material issuing, and work order transactions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Planning to resolve discrepancies.
