SHI International Corp. is seeking a Data Integrity Administrator to support sales by identifying correct product lines, manufacturer SKUs, item groups, and UNSPSC codes. The role requires close collaboration with Sales, Accounting, and Product Specialists to ensure error-free order processing.

Reports to the SHI Somerset, New Jersey office. The position emphasizes part approvals, creating service parts in AX, and maintaining data accuracy across inventories and BOMs.

Qualifications

• Completed Associate’s Degree or relevant work experience
• 1-3 years of experience supporting IT systems
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs - Outlook and Excel
• Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint

Responsabilités

• Part Approval
• Create service parts in AX for SHI users
• Create Enterprise Variants For Customers’ Inventory
• Create Manufacturer IDs And Product Line IDs
• Create BOMs For Sales To Use In Order Entry
• Assist Sales Representatives With Part Creation processes
• Data Clean Up
