Job summary

Wurth Industry US is seeking a Product Data Specialist to verify item data, ensure technical specs and drawings are complete, and prevent duplication in the catalog.

You will collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, and Quoting to support setup and quotes, and ensure tariff codes are correctly applied, while maintaining data integrity across systems. Roanoke, VA onsite with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Engineering technologist/technician degree or strong technical background preferred.
• Experience with standard fasteners and per-print items is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings with accuracy.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office apps.
• Strong written and verbal communication across departments and international colleagues.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Review and revise item data to ensure completeness and accuracy of technical specifications and drawings.
• Evaluate new product items for potential duplication or overlap with existing product range.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, and Quoting to support product setup and quoting processes.
• Confirm tariff codes are accurately assigned to all product item codes per trade standards.
• Provide timely support to internal stakeholders to ensure efficient workflow.
• Partner with global product management teams to maintain catalog integrity and consistency.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
