Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate's degree or relevant manufacturing experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Comfortable using ERP systems such as Infor.
• Strong computer literacy and data entry abilities.
• Detail-oriented with ability to spot discrepancies quickly.
• Ability to learn firearm components and manufacturing processes.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and audit data within the ERP system and related databases.
• Create, update, and verify BOMs, routings, part numbers, and inventory records.
• Ensure manufacturing data is accurate and compliant with standards.
• Identify discrepancies and collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain to resolve issues.
• Perform regular data integrity audits across multiple systems.
• Assist with new product introductions by entering and validating data.
• Generate reports using Excel and other tools.
• Support continuous improvement of data accuracy and system processes.
• Maintain documentation and follow data management procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
