Job summary

Dorman Products is seeking a Specialist, Supply Chain Master Data Execution to manage high-volume master data changes and ensure accuracy across LD and HD systems. You will own the intake portal, validate submissions, and collaborate with planning, procurement, and operations to maintain data integrity.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in supply chain analytics, strong Excel and ERP skills, and a proven ability to translate business needs into system actions.

Qualifications

• Exceptional Excel proficiency with advanced formulas and data validation.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume transactional work with accuracy.
• Ability to learn ERP transactional processes quickly; SAP familiarity helpful.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily master data change requests across LD and HD using Winshuttle templates.
• Own the full request lifecycle: intake, validation, execution, confirmation, closure.
• Validate every submission for completeness, data accuracy, and applicability before posting.
• Maintain records of execution, rejection, and errors for auditability.
• Resolve failed or partially posted runs and escalate systemic issues.
• Own the Intake Portal (Power Automate/SharePoint) and improve validation, routing, and visibility.
• Translate between business intent and system execution; communicate status effectively.
• Report on volume, throughput, and error rates to inform capacity planning.
