Job summary

Digitas, part of Publicis Groupe, is seeking an Analyst for the Data & Analysis team in San Francisco. You will help with day-to-day reporting for client marketing efforts, contributing to campaigns, site optimization, and testing strategies.

You’ll work on dashboards and reports, identify data nuances, and support measurement plans and research. This role requires curiosity, 1–3 years’ experience, and familiarity with Excel, SQL, or Tableau.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of work experience in a relevant industry.
• A four-year college degree.
• Passion for digital marketing, eagerness to learn in a constantly-changing space, and a natural curiosity
• Familiarity with Excel and/or other data analysis tools such as SQL or Tableau a plus
• Comfortable in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
• Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, Midjourney) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Keeping a pulse on day-to-day performance data across campaigns and channels
• Creating recurring reports and dashboards from various reporting systems
• Identifying data nuances to optimize client business
• Supporting marketing initiatives across project and campaign lifecycles, including measurement plans and research
