The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Fox Valley is seeking a Data & Impact Manager to lead analytics, performance measurement, and impact evaluation across programs and operations. You will transform organizational data into actionable insights to guide decision-making, strengthen outcomes, and advance strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, data analytics, or a related field.
• Three to five years of experience in data analysis, performance measurement, or impact evaluation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Access, Power BI, Excel and BI systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics, performance measurement, and impact evaluation across programs and initiatives.
• Develop and improve dashboards, reports, and BI tools.
• Translate complex data into insights and visuals for leaders and stakeholders.
• Establish KPIs to measure progress toward goals and priorities.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and governance across systems.
• Support strategic planning and organizational learning through data-driven analysis.
• Increase data literacy by training staff on reporting tools and measures.
• Collaborate with department leaders to improve data collection and outcomes.
• Supervise the Data Coordinator and foster accountability and collaboration.
• Support grant reporting and donor communications with impact data.
