• Bachelor’s or Associate degree from an accredited college or university in Education, Youth-Development, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a Boys & Girls Club or similar youth-serving organization.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, coordinate programs, and manage resources effectively.
• Commitment to equity and trauma-informed practices in youth development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the affiliated Branch and ensure program delivery.
• Lead staff supervision, training, and performance development.
• Foster community relations and partnerships to support youth outcomes.
• Ensure grant compliance, reporting, and program outcomes alignment.
