At the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Fox Valley, our mission is simple and powerful: to inspire and enable all young people—especially those with unmet needs—to reach their full potential as productive, responsible, and caring community members.
Everything we do is rooted in our values: Kids First, Caring Adults, Safe & Healthy Environments, Responsible Stewardship, and Opportunity for All.
We’re youth-centered, collaborative, and committed to leadership that strengthens our community. Every day, our team works to ensure young people experience supportive relationships, safety, recognition, opportunity, fun, and belonging.
If you’re energized by purpose-driven work and want to help build an organization where every kid can thrive — this is where you belong.
About the Role
The Data & Impact Manager serves as the organization's lead strategist and analyst for data, performance measurement, and impact evaluation. This role is responsible for transforming organizational, programmatic, workforce, and community data into actionable insights that guide decision-making, strengthen outcomes, and advance strategic priorities.
As the primary steward of organizational data, the Data & Impact Manager oversees dashboards, reporting systems, data governance practices, and impact measurement efforts. Working closely with leaders across the organization, this position helps identify trends, monitor performance, evaluate effectiveness, and foster a culture where data is used as a tool for learning, accountability, and continuous improvement.
In addition to leading analytics and reporting efforts, the Data & Impact Manager supervises the Data Coordinator, supports strategic planning and resource development initiatives, and builds organizational capacity for effective data use. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the organization can clearly demonstrate its impact, make informed decisions, and continuously improve service to youth, families, and communities.
In this role, you will:

  • Lead organizational data analytics, performance measurement, and impact evaluation efforts across programs, operations, workforce, and community initiatives.
  • Develop, manage, and continuously improve dashboards, scorecards, reports, and business intelligence tools using Power BI and other data platforms.
  • Translate complex data into meaningful insights, recommendations, and visualizations for organizational leaders, the Board of Directors, funders, and other stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain key performance indicators that measure progress toward strategic priorities and organizational goals.
  • Ensure organizational data remains accurate, secure, accessible, and aligned with data governance and quality standards.
  • Support strategic planning, continuous improvement, and organizational learning through data-informed analysis and decision-making.
  • Increase data literacy across the organization by providing training, guidance, and support on reporting tools, dashboards, and performance measures.
  • Partner with department leaders to strengthen data collection practices, evaluate effectiveness, and improve outcomes.
  • Supervise and develop the Data Coordinator while fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Support grant reporting, fundraising, donor stewardship, and organizational communications by demonstrating impact through compelling data and outcomes.
