Job summary

The YMCA of Greater Rochester is seeking a Manager of Data, Analysis & Impact to build and deliver data capabilities that help understand members, evaluate performance and drive informed decisions. This role oversees data quality, develops data flows from key systems, and prepares data for analysis to publish reliable dashboards using SQL, Power BI, Excel and embedded AI capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in data science, information systems, computer science, statistics, mathematics, business, accounting or a related analytical field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient using data exploration, visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Responsibilities

Builds and maintains data quality and integrity across key systems.
Develops data flows from core business systems and prepares data for analysis and reporting.
Publishes reliable dashboards and reports leveraging SQL, Power BI, Excel and AI capabilities.
Collaborates with leaders and process/system owners to deliver sustainable data solutions.
