Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military equivalent as described; U.S. E5 or equivalent acceptable.
• Minimum 2 years in data governance, management, analytics, or related field.
• Foundational governance concepts, metadata, and data quality management;
• Experience collaborating with business and technical stakeholders on data efforts.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Execute established data governance processes, policies, standards, and controls.
• Support governance initiatives through activities and deliverables.
• Create and maintain business/technical metadata, glossary entries, and data catalog content.
• Document data ownership, stewardship, lineage, and governance artifacts.
• Maintain governance repositories and supporting materials.
• Perform data quality assessments and monitoring of quality metrics.
• Partner with Data Governance Managers and SMEs to capture business requirements.
• Populate and maintain enterprise data catalogs and governance platforms.
