Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience at or above US E5 ranking or Canadian equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data governance, data management, analytics, or related field.
• Foundational understanding of governance concepts, metadata, and data quality management.
• Experience collaborating with business and technical stakeholders on data-related efforts.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Execute established data governance processes, policies, standards, and controls.
• Support enterprise governance initiatives through governance activities and deliverables.
• Apply governance methodologies, templates, and best practices.
• Create and maintain business and technical metadata, glossary terms, and data catalog content.
• Document data ownership information, stewardship assignments, and data lineage.
