Job summary

Capital One is seeking a proactive Manager, Project Management within the Consumer Behavior Analytics domain to lead cross‑functional data governance, privacy adherence, and platform migration initiatives. You will drive large‑scale change, own the DORC framework, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to support the CDBDP data product.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in process or project management, with PMP/Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred, and 2+ years people management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
• At least 4 years of process or project management experience.
• Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Management certification or Project Management Certification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Process management.
• 5+ years of experience in Project management.
• 2+ years of experience in People management.
• 1+ years of experience working with Product and Technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Global Data Governance & Privacy Adherence: Lead processes and workflows expanding CBA capabilities to be in compliance with GDPR and international data privacy regulations
• Platform Migration & Change Management: Drive and project manage the end-to-end migration of thousands of customers transitioning off legacy platforms to the CBA platform
• DORC Process Ownership: Fully own, execute, and streamline the Data Ownership & Governance Controls (DORC) framework which ensures data standardization across the CBA ecosystem
• Data Product Support (CDBDP): Partner with Product and Engineering to support operations, governance, and consumption capabilities for the Consumer Digital Behavior Data Product (CDBDP)
• Core Governance & Stewardship: Support horizontal SPRO governance, act as a performing data steward, and help manage data scan remediations to maintain a well‑managed data foundation
