Job summary

Capital One is seeking a proactive Manager, Project Management for the Consumer Behavior Analytics team in San Francisco. You will lead large-scale initiatives across Data Governance, Privacy compliance, and data product support for the CDBDP, driving migration from legacy platforms and owning the DORC process.

Collaborate with Product and Engineering, manage complex programs, and ensure data standardization and governance across the CBA ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience required.
• At least 4 years of process or project management experience.
• Experience leading data governance or privacy initiatives is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end migration of customers from legacy platforms to the CBA platform.
• Own the DORC framework and ensure data standardization across the CBA ecosystem.
• Support operations, governance, and consumption capabilities for the CDBDP with product and engineering.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and international data privacy regulations.
• Drive change management for large-scale data projects.
