Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Manager, Product Management to lead the development of data access capabilities across the company. You will translate strategic priorities into product requirements, partnering with engineering and analytics to deliver iterative, data-driven solutions that improve customer experiences.

You will drive cross-functional execution, balance business value with risk, and mentor teams to deliver scalable digital products in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, CS, CE, Software Eng, Mechanical Eng, Information Systems) or Business/Marketing.
• OR Bachelor's degree in any field with at least 3 years of Product Management experience.
• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products.
