Job summary

Capital One seeks a proactive Manager, Project Management to lead initiatives in the Consumer Behavior Analytics domain, focusing on governance, privacy compliance, data convergence, and large-scale change management. You will drive migration projects and own the DORC process, coordinating with Product and Engineering to support the Consumer Digital Behavior Data Product.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
• At least 4 years of process or project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Global Data Governance & Privacy adherence to GDPR and international regulations.
• Drive end-to-end platform migration and change management for legacy to CBA.
• Own and streamline the DORC framework for data ownership and governance controls.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to support operations, governance, and consumption for the CDBDP.
• Support horizontal SPRO governance and act as a data steward to maintain a well-managed data foundation.
