Job summary

Capital One is seeking a proactive Manager, Project Management within the Consumer Behavior Analytics (CBA) team to lead large-scale data governance and migration initiatives. You will drive compliance with GDPR and privacy regulations, own the DORC framework, and partner with Product and Engineering on the Consumer Digital Behavior Data Product (CDBDP).

You will manage complex programs migrating customers from legacy systems, ensuring data standardization and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
4+ years of process or project management experience.

Responsibilities

Global Data Governance & Privacy Adherence: Lead processes and workflows expanding CBA capabilities to be in compliance with GDPR and international data privacy regulations.
Platform Migration & Change Management: Drive and project manage the end-to-end migration of thousands of customers transitioning off legacy platforms to the CBA platform.
DORC Process Ownership: Fully own, execute, and streamline the Data Ownership & Governance Controls (DORC) framework which ensures data standardization across the CBA ecosystem.
Data Product Support (CDBDP): Partner with Product and Engineering to support operations, governance, and consumption capabilities for the Consumer Digital Behavior Data Product (CDBDP).
Core Governance & Stewardship: Support horizontal SPRO governance, act as a performing data steward, and help manage data scan remediations to maintain a well-managed data foundation.
