Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
• At least 4 years of process or project management experience.
• Preferred: Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Management certification or Project Management Certification.
• 5+ years of experience in Process management.
• 5+ years of experience in Project management.
• 2+ years of experience in People management.
• 1+ years of experience working with Product and Technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Global Data Governance & Privacy adherence across GDPR and international regulations.
• Drive end-to-end platform migration and change management for large-scale customer transitions.
• Own and streamline the DORC framework ensuring data standardization across the CBA ecosystem.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to support operations, governance, and consumption for the CDBDP.
• Support horizontal SPRO governance and act as a performing data steward with data scan remediations.
