Job summary

Capital One is seeking a proactive Manager, Project Management to lead data governance, privacy, and analytics initiatives within the Consumer Behavior Analytics domain. You will oversee program execution, migrate thousands of customers from legacy platforms, and own the DORC framework ensuring standardized data governance across the CBA ecosystem.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
4+ years of process or project management experience.
Lean Six Sigma or Project Management certification preferred.
5+ years of process management experience (preferred).
2+ years of people management experience (preferred).
1+ years working with Product and Technology teams (preferred).

Responsibilities

Global Data Governance & Privacy Adherence: Lead processes to comply with GDPR and international privacy rules.
Platform Migration & Change Management: Manage migration of customers to the CBA platform.
DORC Process Ownership: Own and streamline data ownership governance controls framework.
Data Product Support (CDBDP): Partner with Product and Eng to support governance and consumption capabilities.
Core Governance & Stewardship: Support SPRO governance and data remediation efforts.
