Job summary

First Interstate Bank is seeking a Data Governance Manager to drive the enterprise data governance program, develop the roadmap, and collaborate with business units to implement governance across the organization. You will oversee Collibra as the primary administrator, define data quality standards, and partner with data owners and stewards to maintain a comprehensive data catalog and glossary.

This role reports to the enterprise governance council and requires hands-on experience with data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1-3 years related experience or equivalent.
• Experience with data governance concepts and tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and reports on enterprise data governance KPIs and metrics.
• Assists with enterprise data governance maturity assessments.
• Facilitates the development of data quality standards and processes.
• Works with data stewards to expand the data governance program.
• Maintains inventory of enterprise information maps and metadata assets.
• Configures and administers Collibra data governance software.
