Job summary

First Interstate Bank is seeking a Data Governance Manager to ensure adherence to data governance policies and help develop the enterprise roadmap. You will collaborate with business unit managers and SMEs to implement and report on governance initiatives and oversee the Collibra data governance software.

Responsibilities include developing KPIs, guiding data quality standards, training data stewards, maintaining data maps and a business glossary, and expanding the Collibra environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1-3 years related experience, training, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops and reports on enterprise data governance KPIs and metrics.
• Assists with enterprise data governance maturity assessments.
• Facilitates development of data quality standards and processes.
• Trains data stewards and develops the data stewardship program.
• Maintains inventory of enterprise information maps with owners and stewards.
• Develops business glossary, metadata, and library of data assets in governance software.
• Designs and expands Collibra environment.
