First Interstate Bank is seeking a Data Governance Manager to ensure adherence to data governance policies and to lead the enterprise data governance roadmap. You will work with business unit managers and subject-matter experts to implement and report progress to the enterprise data governance council and management.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of data governance concepts and metrics.
• Experience with Collibra Data Governance software is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret business and regulatory documents.
• Experience with data quality standards and metadata management.

Responsibilities

• Develops and reports on enterprise data governance KPIs and metrics.
• Assists with enterprise data governance maturity assessments.
• Facilitates development of data quality standards and processes.
• Works with data stewards to develop and expand the data stewardship program.
• Maintains an inventory of enterprise information maps with owners and stewards.
• Develops business glossary, metadata, and data assets catalog in governance software.
• Designs and expands the Collibra environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
