You will collaborate with data owners and program directors to implement the governance framework, ensure data quality, and create practical guardrails for analysts and stewards. The position emphasizes continuous improvement and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience with data governance and stewardship
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to translate policy into practical guardrails
• Proven track record in coordinating with multiple divisions
• Proficient in Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Centralized Data Sharing, Access Governance, tracking requests and SLAs
• Maintain audit trails and coordinate with Legal on data sharing agreements
• Document metadata sources and data quality rules
• Draft and operationalize agency data governance policies and SOPs
• Deliver data literacy and governance training for agency staff
• Report KPIs and evolution of the governance roadmap
