Job summary

RADcube in Indianapolis, Indiana, is seeking a Data Governance Analyst to operationalize IDOH data policies, maintain metadata, and govern critical data elements across the agency. The role focuses on implementing governance frameworks, supporting data sharing, and ensuring data quality and protection for sensitive datasets.

You will develop data dictionaries, lead stewardship initiatives, author and update policies, and deliver data literacy and governance training for agency staff.

Qualifications

• Experience with data governance practices and policy development.
• Ability to maintain metadata and data dictionaries.
• Experience collaborating with multiple divisions and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support IDOH data governance by implementing policies and SOPs.
• Lead data stewardship initiatives and data quality programs.
• Develop training and literacy programs for agency staff.
• Coordinate data requests, track SLAs, and ensure policy adherence.
• Collaborate with Legal on Data Sharing Agreements and retention obligations.
• Create and publish governance documents and guardrails for analysts.
