Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or direct and applicable work experience.
• 1+ year of experience in a business analyst or business systems-type role with analytics and BI tools.
• Analytical skills with data management design and implementation.
• Ability to identify issues across sources and propose solutions.
• Curious, proactive mindset with continuous improvement.
• Technical skills with SQL, SAS, Informatica, PowerBI.
• Exposure to agile methodologies and Azure DevOps.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent Data Governance as a member of an IP agile team and plan sprints.
• Conduct Data Impact Assessments for proposed designs.
• Perform Data Profiling and analysis to support data requirements and metadata.
• Maintain business and technical metadata in repositories; update definitions and values.
• Support data asset development by entering code sets and translation rules.
• Perform Source to Target, Design, and Code Reviews as needed.
• Assist in remediation of data issues found in testing/production.
• Develop and publish Data Quality Scorecards with Data Stewards.
• Identify potential data quality issues and assist in triage and resolution.
• Develop tools to support testing or reporting and leverage SQL, SAS, Informatica, PowerBI.
