Job summary

You will participate in the SDLC design and development, support profiling and metadata management as part of an IP agile team. The role requires a degree or relevant experience, plus SQL, SAS, Informatica and PowerBI skills; familiarity with Azure DevOps and strong analytical thinking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or direct and applicable work experience.
• 1+ year of experience in a business analyst or business systems-type role with analytics and BI tools usage.
• Strong analytical skills with data modeling, design and implementation of data management solutions.
• Ability to identify issues from multiple sources and propose practical, out-of-the-box solutions.
• Curious, proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement.
• Technical skills with SQL, SAS, Informatica, PowerBI, etc.
• Exposure to agile methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps.
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent Data Governance as part of an IP agile team and help plan work for sprints.
• Conduct data Impact Assessments to review design impact on data integrity.
• Perform Data Profiling and analysis to provide descriptive statistics and insights.
• Assist in metadata maintenance and mapping across source-to-target data flows.
• Support development of data assets by entering code sets and translation rules.
• Perform Source to Target, Design and Code Reviews as needed.
• Support remediation of data issues in testing and production through data analysis.
• Develop, publish and maintain Data Quality Scorecards with Data Stewards.
