United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Sales Operations Leader to build and guide a team of FTE and outsourced experts focused on cleaning and enriching customer data. You will partner with GTM leadership to understand gaps and address them through processes and workflows.

The role requires 7+ years in sales, strategy, and ops in tech growth or management consulting, strong analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate across stakeholders.

• Has 7+ years of sales, strategy, and operations experience.
• Ability to own the problem, investigate root causes, and ensure execution.
• Skilled at coordinating across multiple stakeholders and elevating issues.
• Roll-up-your-sleeves mentality, willing to do IC work while leading.
• Strong analytical skills with a structured problem-solving approach.
• Adaptable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of sales operations experts including outsourced resources.
• Partner with GTM leadership to identify gaps and implement processes.
• Apply systems thinking and continuous improvement to team mechanisms.
• Develop a data quality roadmap for customer data challenges.
• Align prioritization with leadership, Data Engineering, and Systems teams.
• Influence implementation of systems and tools with internal teams.
• Create an outsourcing strategy for ongoing data cleanup.
• Manage contractors within outsourcing to scale data quality initiatives.
• Define and measure metrics for success.
• Develop dashboards showing progress against metrics.
• Communicate progress to leadership and unblock as needed.
