Job summary

Docusign is seeking a GTM Sales Operations Manager for Contact Data Management to drive high-quality contact data across global GTM. You will lead data standardization, enrichment, and deduplication initiatives, leveraging AI- agents and automation for scalable, compliant data operations.

You will partner with Sales, RevOps and Marketing to define data standards, governance, and SLAs, ensuring data readiness for sales enablement and prospecting at scale.

Qualifications

• At least 8+ years in data quality, governance or data operations in SaaS/high-growth tech.
• Experience implementing data standards and governance across global regions.
• Expertise with Salesforce data models, hierarchies, and validation.
• Proficiency in SQL for data validation, deduplication, and pipeline logic.
• Familiarity with AI-driven contact solutions and enrichment workflows.

Responsibilities

• Execute global contact data standardization, enrichment and deduplication with region-wide accountability.
• Develop and enforce data standards, governance policies, and contact-to-account rules.
• Build dashboards with KPI tracking and executive visibility for leadership.
